How alerts work
Email alerts go out 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before a certificate expires, plus a monthly digest of the next 90 days.
Certificate cycles, in plain English
Most safety checks repeat yearly, EICR is commonly every 5 years, and an EPC lasts 10 years. Your report or licence can set a different date, so CertDiary lets you edit the cycle for each property.
